I am the creator of DGD, a restorative and cosmetic dentist, and the owner of Pellegrini Dental in Duxbury, MA. DGD is a free and open resource to discuss the latest techniques, materials and technology related to dentistry.  Over the years of practicing dentistry, I have noticed that there is a lack of high quality resources pertaining to the profession and my goal is for this to be a platform for open discussion, learning, and a way of sharing techniques that push the boundaries of contemporary dentistry.
